Media Interviews
Participants learn how to prepare for and take control of television, print, radio and new media interviews. The results will generate coverage that emphasizes desired messages. Practice in a variety of interview settings implements theory. Understanding the pressures and incentives interview subjects as well as reporters and editors work under is stressed, along with tips on the "do's and don't" of dealing with the media.
Crisis Management
When bad things happen to good organizations, an ounce of planning can avoid a ton of damaging publicity. This program is designed not only to help organizations manage crises caused by external events, but also to help identify internal problems that might cause or exacerbate a crisis. Elements include detailed crisis planning, design of crisis simulations, response training workshops and onsite crisis management.

How to perform most effectively in the high pressure limited time environment of trade shows, road shows and industry conferences. Development of scripts and strategies to "hook" potential new business is emphasized, along with techniques to build credibility and form an "instant relationship" with potential customers.

One of the biggest mistakes companies make is hosting a webcast without realizing it's a completely different animal from traditional video production. We'll update you on the latest developments in this quickly evolving medium, keep you "on message" in an interactive environment serving multiple audiences simultaneously, and help you identify opportunities to better reach your clients, shareholders, public or staff through this persuasive new avenue.
Expert Witness Testimony
Keyed to the government hearing process, with emphasis on regulatory proceedings, this program is designed to give witnesses more control over the process. Participants learn to answer questions from lawyers and investigators without being misrepresented. Emphasis on preparation and building the case is stressed. Practice enhances delivery and dealing with question and answer sessions.
